Raising the Bar on Stone

Happy Hour Granite was built on a simple idea, there is a better way to do business.

With more than four decades of combined experience in the stone industry, owners Angie and Rob bring together two very different sides of the business, customer relationships and operations alongside decades of hands-on stone craftsmanship.

Together, they have built Happy Hour Granite around the things they believe matter most, quality workmanship, honest communication, strong relationships, and doing what you say you're going to do.

Because beautiful countertops matter, but so does the experience you have getting them.

Meet the Owners

Angie Rentola

Owner | Design | Sales

Relationships. Operations. Customer Experience.

Angie brings nearly twelve years of stone-industry experience to Happy Hour Granite, but her greatest contribution may be something that can't be measured in years,

trust.

Throughout her career, Angie has worked across the operational side of the countertop industry, gaining experience in design, sales, scheduling, purchasing, customer service, vendor relationships, accounting, project coordination, and the countless details required to move a project from the initial conversation through installation. But the relationships she has built along the way became just as important as the industry knowledge she gained.

Angie believes customers should understand what they're purchasing and feel comfortable asking questions. She doesn't believe in selling someone the most expensive material simply because she can. Her goal is to understand the project, help customers navigate their options, and find the right solution for their home and budget. That same philosophy extends to Happy Hour Granite's relationships with contractors, builders, and developers. When a contractor recommends Happy Hour Granite, they're putting their own reputation behind that recommendation. Angie understands the responsibility that comes with that trust and believes business relationships should feel like partnerships, not transactions.

After years of helping build someone else's company, Angie realized that the experience, relationships, and reputation she had developed could become the foundation for something of her own. That realization became Happy Hour Granite.

Rob Hall

Owner | Template | Fabrication | Installation

Craftsmanship. Experience. Problem-Solving.

Rob brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the stone industry to Happy Hour Granite. And when we say hands-on, we mean it. Over more than three decades, Rob has worked throughout virtually every stage of the countertop process, including templating, fabrication, installation, service, and repair.

That depth of experience matters. Stone isn't always predictable. Walls aren't always straight. Cabinets aren't always perfectly level. Natural stone has characteristics that require experience to understand, and every project presents its own challenges. After 30 years, there isn't much Rob hasn't encountered. His experience allows him to anticipate potential problems, find solutions when something unexpected happens, and understand how decisions made during templating and fabrication will ultimately affect the finished installation.

For Rob, craftsmanship isn't simply about making something look good when the job is finished. It's about getting the details right before the countertop ever reaches the customer's home. That knowledge and attention to detail are at the heart of every Happy Hour Granite project.

Two Different Strengths.

One Company.

Angie and Rob bring very different strengths to Happy Hour Granite, and that's exactly what makes the partnership work.

Angie understands the people, relationships, logistics, and business behind each project. Rob understands the stone, fabrication, installation, and technical details required to bring that project to life. Together, they understand the entire process.

From the first conversation with a homeowner or contractor to the moment the finished countertops are installed, Happy Hour Granite is built around people who understand what's happening on both sides of the project. And because the owners are directly involved in every project, customers aren't being passed through layers of salespeople, project managers, and departments.

You know who you're working with.

What Happy Hour Granite Believes

Buying countertops shouldn't feel complicated, intimidating, or impersonal.

Homeowners are trusting Happy Hour Granite with their homes and their money.

Contractors and builders are trusting the company with their customers and their reputations.

Neither is taken lightly.

Happy Hour Granite believes in telling customers the truth.

In communicating when something changes.

In helping customers choose the right material rather than simply the most expensive one.

In treating contractors like partners.

And above all, in doing what you said you were going to do.

Because exceptional service shouldn't feel exceptional.

It should simply be the way business is done.

Why “Happy Hour”?

The name was intentional.

The stone industry can sometimes feel complicated and intimidating, and Happy Hour Granite was created to offer a different kind of experience, one that's approachable, personal, and enjoyable without ever compromising professionalism, precision, or quality.

Choosing countertops should be one of the exciting parts of creating a home.

Happy Hour Granite works to make the process feel that way, while taking every detail of the project seriously.

The name is memorable and a little unexpected.

The standards behind it are anything but.

And that's exactly what Raising the Bar on Stone means.

It's not only about precision fabrication and quality installation. It's about raising the standard for the entire experience.

Better communication.
Better relationships.
Better service.
Quality craftsmanship.
And people who genuinely care about the finished project.

From the first conversation to the final installation, that's the standard behind Happy Hour Granite.
